The Property Manager will manage all Leidos personnel employment/administrative actions and program-wide management of assets including auditing of inventory and property removal under responsibility.
The Property Manager shall coordinate inventory tracking and reporting, lead in the execution of transferring property and maintaining records and ownership. The position is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the project performance, to include both technical issues and businesses processes.
In particular this position is responsible for the following related activities associated with the program wide assets:
Customer and subcontractor contract negotiation, Administration, and close-out.
Subcontractor development, Sourcing, and Subcontractor diversity and cost management.
Customer and subcontractor relationship management.
Contract customer-requirement compliance, contract regulatory compliance, DFAR Business System (Property and MMAS) compliance, international and export compliance, and contract risk management.
- Prior experience holding position in military of Chief Warrant Officer required
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
BA/BS and 5 or more years of relevant experience; or a Masters with 3 or more years of relevant experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Current Certification as Asset Manager by Institute of Asset Management (IAM) or DAWIA Level III Industrial Contract Management Certifications.
Must be co-located at the Charleston, South Carolina Support Facility.
Significant OCONUS Long-Distance Travel required.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:
5 or more years of experience managing DoD property as a contractor or Federal Employee in multiple locations both CONUS and OCONUS.
Capable of querying and isolating data and generating reports from contractor logistics database.
