The Defense Group of Leidos has a temporary opening for a HUMINT (Interrogation) Task Lead/Course Manager at Camp Bullis, TX.
This is an excellent opportunity to use your experience helping the G37 TREX Program. This mission supports INSCOM, an Army Direct Reporting Unit (DRU), as it executes mission command of operational intelligence forces; conducts worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence operations; delivers advanced skills training, linguist support, specialized quick reaction capabilities, and intelligence-related logistics, contracting, and communications in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the National Intelligence Community.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable for all aspects of the oversight of contractor personnel staff providing services in support of the INSCOM Intelligence Training Center (I2TC) under this task order
-Manages the hands-on, day-to-day accountability of the I2TC Contractor personnel
Assists PM in assessing new hires and ensures Contractor personnel are trained, are capable, and maintain their job currency
Develop scripted HUMINT scenario environments with the flexibility to increase in complexity via Commander Input including Category II MSO collective environment creation and HUMINT sourced role-playing, when applicable
Develop HUMINT instruction and scenario environment centered on all policies, procedures, and applicable laws governing U.S. Army HUMINT Operations
Conduct all instruction, where possible, using operational data on networks, workstations, and DCGS-A or DIS furnished by the Government
Travel may be required, but will not exceed 40%
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Active TS/SCI clearance
Minimum 15 years of operational experience as an Army MOS 35M
Minimum of 2 years duty as a HUMINT instructor
Certified ASOC, SOC, AMSOC, SOT 2-3, or FTC graduate
Working knowledge of the HUMINT Enterprise
Ability to realistically role-play as both a source and a walk-in
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i.e., NGA College, NSA ADET, etc.)
