Job Description:

The Leidos Enterprise Accreditations and Continual Improvement (EA&CI) organization has an opening for an AS9100/ISO lead auditor and process engineer to support the management of quality-related credentials, certifications, and qualifications at the enterprise level. The candidate will also assist to ensure the corporate common process is effective, developed, trained, maintained, improved, deployed and measured.

The primary responsibilities of the candidate are:
•Mentor ISO and AS9100 sites and facilitate external AS9100/ISO audits throughout the enterprise.
•Support the management of enterprise credentials covering four AS9100 and ISO standards at over 60 different locations.
•Support the maintenance and enhancement of the corporate program execution common process set.
•Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop audit schedules for multi-site registrations.
•Conduct internal site-level surveillance assessments to ensure consistent conformance with our quality management system and readiness for external audits.
•Support conducting trend analysis at the organization level to identify areas for improvement and implement measures to mature the enterprise.
•Support the effective and efficient integration of acquired organizations.
•Develop and present AS9100/ISO status at various organizational levels, including executive leadership.
•Assist in achieving and maintaining credentials, such as ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 27000, ISO 20000-1, CMMI-DEV and CMMI-SVC.

The candidate must:
•Be proactive and effectively negotiate, influence, and persuade leadership, customers, partners, peers, and projects to develop and execute solutions to complex challenges.
•Be able to effectively multitask; work independently/telecommute; think tactically and strategically to influence the development of solutions; and collaborate with other functional teams in a highly visible, dynamic work environment. 
•Be self-motivated to take initiative to develop, present, and execute solutions to complex enterprise initiatives.
•Ensure that deliverables meet the high-quality standards required of a senior leadership team directing enterprise activities. 
•Respond to leadership requests quickly, recognizing that they often trace to executive needs and the executive tempo is very fast. 
•Communicate effectively with technical and management staff at all levels of the organization, including the executive team.
•Meet deadlines.  When not possible, negotiate a change in advance. When priorities are unclear, ask. 
•Request help to resolve challenges in a timely way, as needed. 

Basic Qualifications
•Bachelor's Degree in a technical field, and 12+ years of prior relevant experience
•Experience managing the preparation and conduct of audits
•4+ years of experience leading teams or projects
•AS9100 certified auditor
•Solid experience in designing compliant systems, implementing, and auditing against the standards ISO 9001, and AS9100 on a project or for an organization
•Excellent oral and excellent written communication skills
•Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
•Travel approximately 25% – 50%

Preferred Qualifications
•Master's Degree in a technical field, such as systems engineering
•Manufacturing experience
•Information Technology Service Management experience
•Application of Systems Engineering (SE) principles, practices, lifecycles, and management
•Experience and or training in: ISO 20000-1:2018, ISO 27001:2013, AS6500, CMMI-DEV v2.0 and CMMI-SVC v2.0
•Project Management Professional Certified
•Experience in Organizational Change Management

Pay Range:

Pay Range $101,400.00 - $156,000.00 - $210,600.00
