Job Description:
The Defense Group at Leidos currently has an opening for an ISR Training Specialist at Offutt AFB, in Omaha, NE. This position is part of a large program supporting Air Combat Command’s (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission. Candidates must already possess a TS/SCI with Polygraph in order to be considered.
Primary Responsibilities
Support development, maintenance, and execution of mission certification and continuation training for the 55th Operations Group Intelligence Squadrons.
Support the 55 OG Training office in creating and updating policies and administrative procedures to govern group-wide training programs.
Support delivery of formal and continuation training for personnel assigned to support the 55th Wing.
Create course content, materials, and curriculum, specifically focused on the overall ISR mission.
Conduct courseware validations in accordance with 55 OG policy.
Support training programs delivery via knowledge portals & web-based learning management systems.
Mentor analysts, linguists, and ISR professionals in Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles.
Develop data collection and analysis processes to enhance mission readiness through accurate reporting of training trends.
Support 55 OGT Training Review Board and Staff Assistance Visit programs.
Basic Qualifications
Current TS/SCI with Polygraph
Bachelor’s degree (experience may be substituted in lieu of degree) and 6+ years of relevant experience.
Experience administering or executing mission qualification training programs.
Preferred Experience:
Experience supporting the ACC ISR enterprise.
Knowledge of the 55th Wing and associated mission requirements.
Knowledge of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and ADDIE principles.
Experience administering SharePoint sites.
Experience managing learning management systems courseware.
