Leidos has a opening for a 16 AF/J21 All-Source Collection Requirements Analyst at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX. Candidates must currently posses a TS/SCI security clearance.
The Analyst will serve as an all-source intelligence collection and production requirements management analyst in support of 16th Air Force’s operational mission. The position requires daily review, validation, submission and maintenance of formal and informal all-source intelligence collection and production requirements to meet operational needs. The position requires extensive knowledge of the processes for review and validations of Prioritized Intelligence Requirements (PIR) and Essential Elements of Information (EEI), and the development of intelligence collection strategies and plans, and collection and production requirements to satisfy intelligence needs. The individual will facilitate a collection management working group and participate in working groups, boards and committees to address long-term requirements, strategies and plans. The position requires routine communication with 16th Air Force subordinate units regarding their intelligence needs and an in-depth understanding of unit technical requirements. The position requires a high-degree of knowledge and experience with the collection requirements management processes of each of the intelligence disciplines (SIGINT, MASINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT).
Required Qualifications:
TS/SCI security clearance
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 20+ years of relevant experience.
Desired Qualifications:
ACC ISR experience.
