More About the Role:
Seeking a Desktop Support Technician – Senior Lead to support a government site in Pensacola, FL as one of the members of the Field Services team.
What You'll Get to Do:
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the site, to include providing direction to site resources, interacting with customer leadership, and working under the Service Manager to plan, direct, and monitor operations activities of the site and establishing relationships with internal customers and other functional managers.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
-HS diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience.
-US Citizen with an active DoD Clearance.
-Valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher certification.
-Must demonstrate expertise in IT Enterprise Operations.
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Excellent oral and written communication stills.
