As a BSR you will be on the front lines for the education and enrollment of our service member/retiree and their family member into the world of TRICARE Benefits. We will train you to be knowledgeable of the parameters of the TRICARE benefits program. You will be the primary point of contact for beneficiaries during the enrollment phase.
Don’t worry, you will be well equipped with the training, knowledge, and tools to educate TRICARE beneficiaries on healthcare plans, enrollment processes, and TRICARE programs/resources. You will track any trends and “Hot Topics” as they arise while enrolling and disenrolling beneficiaries into the DOES System.

These positions are based on customer funding.
