Leidos is searching for a Staffing Assistant to provide support to the current staff members on the ITSSCII program. In order to be successful in this role, this individual should be skilled at administrative tasks such as scheduling, communications, data entry and tracking, event organization, and reporting. A top-notch Staffing Assistant will excel in time management, be detail oriented, proficient in multi-tasking and meticulous in their approach to daily business tasks.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Scheduling interviews for managers across the program with subcontracting Vendors and Talent Acquisition
- Resolving appointment conflicts and rescheduling/canceling interviews and meetings as needed
- Creating and maintaining data, as well as, analyzing metrics
- Following up on resume and interview feedback to ensure it is received in a timely manner and provides sufficient information
- Producing and sending weekly status reports to both internal and external parties
- Preparing charts and graphs for presentations as needed
- Demonstrating strong oral and written communication skills
- Documenting processes and procedures as needed
- Coordinating hiring events with other staffing team members
- Working closely with all members of the staffing team on staffing activities
- Performing research and analysis on various technical topics and documenting results
- Maintaining customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
Required Skills:
- Experience working in a professional business environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio), Outlook, and MS Teams
- Experience with administrative duties such as scheduling and data entry
- Experience with reporting and manipulating data in excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience with recruitment and staffing
- Experience with analyzing metrics and presenting them to management
- Experience with documenting processes and procedures
- Experience with planning and coordinating hiring events
Education and Experience:
- 3 years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 7 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust

Covid Guidance
