Job Description:
Leidos has a opening for a 616 OC Senior AF ISR and Cyber Assessments Specialist at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX. Candidates must currently posses a TS/SCI security clearance.
Job Responsibilities:
Reviews and facilitates sharing of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Community of Practice (CoP) data, assessment products, best practices, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP)
Manages data hosted on ISR portals such as SharePoint to ensure accessibility, organization, currency, and relevance to the AF ISR community
Plans, organizes, and manages in-person and virtual conferences to facilitate information exchange and development and sharing of mission results and best practices
Develops plans, establishes relationships, and procedures to integrate cyber ISR into existing AF ISR constructs and achieve 16 AF convergence goals
Fosters theater and CCMD relationships; engages with AF Wings, AOCs, A-Staff, and appropriate MAJCOM stakeholders to collect, consolidate, and enable developing, tracking, and analyzing Measures of Performance (MoP) and Effectiveness (MoE) to improve AF ISR and cyber ISR operations and the functioning of the AF ISR Enterprise as a whole
Develops and maintains an ever-evolving AF ISR CoP TTP
Maintains and participates in CoP discussion board(s) and other virtual information-sharing platforms
Aids in the development of Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) and Command Critical Intelligence Requirements (CCIR)
Writes, edits, coordinates and staffs for approval, products such as Bullet Background Papers (BBP), Concepts of Operation (CONOP), Requests for Information (RFI) responses, quick-turn memos, etc.
Coordinates virtual and in-person conference planning and execution to include interactions with facilities scheduling, Protocol office(s), executive officers, Chief(s) of staff, Public Affairs, etc., as required; coordinates passing of security clearances; prepares senior leader itineraries, and read-aheads; coordinates briefer and senior leadership biographies; prepares and coordinates conference itineraries and briefer schedules; manages briefings and break-out sessions; completes and disseminates conference reports
Prepares and submits for approval trip requests; coordinates travel; provides trip reports and monthly/annual status reports as required
Required Qualifications:
TS/SCI security clearance
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 15+ years of relevant experience.
Desired Qualifications:
ACC ISR experience.
