Job Description:

Leidos is seeking an experienced All-Source Intel Analyst to provide onsite support at our customer’s site in Linthicum, MD.  This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience in supporting Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center’s Operations Enablement (OE) directorate.   DC3 delivers capability with a team comprised of Department of the Air Force civilians, Air Force and Navy military personnel, and contractors for specialized support.

In this role, you will be imbedded with the customer providing services consisting of but not limited to; providing analytical support to DC3 missions worldwide to include identification of intelligence, criminal, and terrorist threats to key customer personnel and equipment. As a key position, you will be taking structured and unstructured data and distilling the information into a cohesive analytical product for the customer.  You will execute your tasks from sanctuary through the integration of data from diverse intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, HUMINT, intel analysts, and decision makers to illuminate entities and networks of interest, supporting this vital customers mission set. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and deliver tailored intelligence capabilities and tools to support intelligence consumers and partners to enhance the organization’s ability to effectively mitigate a multitude of threats worldwide.

  • Conduct all-source cyber analytical and linguist fusion analysis in support of cyber investigations and operations. 

  • Support analysis and queuing for counter-intel operations in cyberspace against APT threats.  Provide complete picture of Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTPs). 

  • Provide "actionable intelligence" for LE / CI, including SIGINT, HUMINT, intel analysts, and policy / decision makers. 

  • Develop and deliver products:  Operational Lead Reports; Profile Reports; All-source Cyber Intelligence Reports, Intel Information Reports; Tailored Operating Picture products; Persona Operational Lead Reports as required

  • Plans and leads major technology assignments.

  • Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or a Master's degree and 6+ years of prior relevant experience. A combination of years of experience and education will be considered.

  • Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance

  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter, as well as a solid group contributor working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Desired Certifications: Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Cyber Threat Intelligence (GCTI), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Security+, SysAdmin Audit Network Security (SANS), Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
