Job Description:
Leidos is seeking a Senior-Level Analyst to support an IC program in Reston, VA. This individual will assist with a variety of complex tasks regarding continuity policy, procedures, plans, training, and large-scale exercises.
Primary Responsibilities:
Interact and coordinate with internal and external agencies to support government contractual requirements. Develop and conduct complex large-scale exercises and training in support of exercise development and execution. Facilitate large meetings during all aspects of exercise development, conduct, evaluation, and after-action completion.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.12 years experience as an analyst with 5 of those years being specific to continuity planning. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
Experience with National Level Exercise (e.g., NLE, Eagle Horizon) development, planning, and implementation
Knowledge of federal continuity program roles, responsibilities, plans, procedures, policies, and concepts
Knowledge of IC agencies and ODNI components missions and relationships
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
TS/SCI w/CI Polygraph
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Adobe Connect and SharePoint
Associate Business Continuity Practitioner (ABCP)
FEMA Professional Continuity Practitioner (PCP) Level 1
Master Exercise Practitioner (MEP)
