Leidos has onging needs for a qualified Global TRICARE Service Center (GTSC) Beneficiary Service Representative for multiple sites in England.These positions are based on customer funding.
Locations that may be available in England include;
ALCONBURY
LAKENHEATH
CROUGHTON
Must be SOFA Sponsored
Must be able to able to pass in-Country requirements, if necessary
Does helping our Active Duty Military, Veterans, and their families interest you! Leidos has an opportunity for you to do just that at our facilty in Naples.
As a BSR you will be on the front lines for the education and enrollment of our service members/retirees and their family members into the world of TRICARE Benefits. We will train you to be knowledgeable of the parameters of the TRICARE benefits and offer some claims assistance. You will be the primary point of contact for beneficiaries during the enrollment phase.
Don’t worry, you will be well equipped with the training, knowledge, and tools to educate TRICARE beneficiaries on healthcare plans, enrollment processes, and TRICARE programs/resources. You will track any trends and “Hot Topics” as they arise while enrolling beneficiaries into the DOES System.
