Leidos is currently seeking a driven, results oriented and motivated self-starter with a technical background to join the NISC team as a Program Analyst in support the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Power Services Group (PSG) and specifically the Engine Generator (EG) Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for forecasting, planning and initiating equipment procurements and deliveries, coordinating activities to bring new equipment online at FAA facilities around the globe, receive technical inquiries from FAA personnel and coordinate responses for successful resolutions. Provide oversight to ensure timely action is taken by the equipment vendor on all warranty items, organize, and manage all equipment resources to bring about the successful completion of specific program goals and objectives. Duties may include ensuring that all projects run on schedule, within scope, and budget constraints.
Primary Responsibilities
Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure all projects schedules are met and within budget constraints
Provide timely/accurate responses to all technical and program inquiries received.
Maintain/track equipment inventory.
As applicable, author procurement required documents in support of program schedules.
Work independently to achieve day-to-day EG Program objectives which may significantly impact operational results or program objectives.
Update equipment availability schedules as required and provide input to customer and NISC project managers.
Organize impromptu telecons/meetings to ensure all project maintain schedule and cost.
Utilizing special client databases, provide programmatic input to other team members.
Perform configuration review and work with the FAA personnel to ensure appropriate equipment is procured.
Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
Typically requires a BA degree and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Ability to work well with others
Ability to present ideas to diverse audiences
Ability to use MS Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of power systems
Technical background (Highly preferred)
Data Analytics
Ability to use MS Access
Excel Macros
Ability to adapt to multiple assignments and fast-changing circumstances
Pay Range:
Pay Range $52,650.00 - $81,000.00 - $109,350.00#Remote
