The Defense Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a SIGINT Collection SME at Fort Meade, MD. This position is part of a large program supporting Air Combat Command’s (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission.
Primary Responsibilities
The SIGINT Collection SME will assist the customer in managing cryptologic policy related to collection management to enable, authorize and support global AF SCC programs. The candidate will further liaise between USAF cryptologic elements, including airborne, and NSA/CSS organizations on all aspects of cryptologic operations and collection management to include operational guidance and capabilities implementation, Air Force (AF) Airborne SIGINT and Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination operations. Additionally, the candidate will identify strategic implications of tactical efforts and recommend courses of action to proactively position the Air Force for success in closing intelligence gaps and facilitating integration efforts.
Basic Qualifications:
- TS/SCI cleared with Polygraph
- Bachelor's and 20+ years experience OR Master's and 15+ years experience
- Understanding of Tactical Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) challenges
- 10 years’ experience in exploiting and reporting data from ISR sensors and platforms
- 10 years’ experience with the national intelligence community reporting data bases and standards
- Experience supporting the ACC ISR enterprise
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years’ All-Source Intelligence experience
- Experience in Computer Network Operations (CNO)
- Experience in Information Operations (IO)
