Job Description:
The successful candidate will be the principal point of contact for Service Contract enquiries and renewals. Effective management and negotiation of all existing Service Contracts including preparations of renewals following defined pricing methodologies and the associated system / documentation updates
Key Responsibilities will include:
Principal point of contact on all service contract renewal negotiations to ensure strategic business objectives are met
Preparation of contract renewals typically 3 months in advance of expiry using established pricing methodologies ensuring necessary fees, risk and overhead are catered for.
Processing of renewal orders into the required systems including Sales Force, Fusion, Siebel and Excel documents utilised by the Service Centre and Field Engineers.
Completion of all IBRB processes for international customers.
Responsible for maintenance of warranty detail in Siebel.
Preparation of Service quotes outside of contracted scope as required.
Contributing to new tenders including the provision of service pricing detail.
Completion of Supplier/Customer Questionnaires

Work is multi-disciplined, co-ordinating and prioritising work undertaken and required by the various projects.
Problems often complex and solutions require creativity and an innovative approach within the conflicting parameters of the projects.
Judgements and Decisions – Advice:
Use of independent judgement in the day-to-day decisions relating to the governance of specified projects, including making recommendations on changes to the contractual terms, specifications and pricing to the customer and/or Project Manager as necessary.
Financial Information:
The jobholder will be expected to contribute to delivery of Service Contracts in excess of £1m annually.
Contacts and Communications:
Frequent contact internally with all project team members and Senior Management Team members.
External point of contact on all commercial matters with the customer on a regular basis.
Regular contact with partners and customers often at a senior level as appropriate.
This includes contract negotiations.
Special Features:
Successful applicant will be required to implement office systems and processes and will be expected to work to complete tasks on time and within budget.
Some domestic and potential overseas travel will be required.
