Leidos is seeking a Datacenter/Cloud SME to join our Defense Enclave Services team, who will support an extensive digital modernization program critical to DISA and Fourth Estate Agencies.

Primary Responsibilities
Perform Due Diligence and Knowledge Transfer of incumbent/customer personnel
Identify automation and continual improvement opportunities that includes outlining benefits, risks, resource skillsets, and other details
Evaluate data center infrastructure and applications for cloud migration opportunities
Test and implement access management software tools and dynamic access control policies for provisioning and monitoring, including cloud and hybrid solutions
Institute dynamic access controls policies
Perform as the Subject Matter expert for technical and engineering support to design a secure cloud computing architecture and automations. This activity includes research, design, testing, development, and integration.
Work independently or with colleagues to verify technical planning, cloud design, development and integration, verification and validation, and fielding aspects of the secure cloud computing effort and ensure it is in in compliance with the latest governance and best practices.
Collaborate with team to coordinate across IT domains and multiple teams (internal and external) and influence leadership regarding solution design, process and/or approaches to ensure successful implementation of a cloud environment and to ensure all mission requirements are met.
Provides input into test plans and other CDRLs
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s and 12+ years of related experience or Master’s and 10+ years of experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
Active TS/SCI clearance
5+ years of experience in designing and developing cloud systems in AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud
1+ years of experience with IaC development
AWS Developer Certification and/or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP). Other Cloud certifications will also be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
DISA and/or DoD cloud experience
Experience in building a commercial cloud environment, including familiarity with Virtual Datacenter Security Stack (VDSS), Virtual Datacenter Managed Services (VDMS), Trusted Cloud Credential Manager (TCCM) and Cloud Access Point (CAP) technical and security requirements.
Experience in systems integration, networking, firewalls, authentication, auditing, host-based security and other aspects in support of an SCCA environment
Experience in connecting NIPRNET DoD workloads to the Defense Information System Network (DISN) and DoD Information Network (DoDIN) and interface SCCA with DoD Cybersecurity Service Providers.
Experience resolving highly complex and multi-dimensional problems requiring consideration of variables that impact multiple aspects of the project/program.
Experience coordinating with and communicating with teams of all levels from technical experts to senior executive leadership regarding matters of strategic importance
Experience with different programming languages, that may include JSON, Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.
*Working knowledge of commercial and/or open-source security software tools.
*Knowledge of cloud security technologies and practices
Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with Intelligence Community Information Technology Environment (IC ITE)
Familiarity with DoD cloud computing security capabilities and direction
Knowledge of Navy’s enterprise cloud policies and programs.
Knowledge of DoD Authorization to Operate (ATO) RMF accreditation requirements, processes, controls, inheritance, and artifacts

Pay Range:
Pay Range $113,100.00 - $174,000.00 - $234,900.00Covid Guidance
