Leidos is seeking an Orchestration & Automation Subject Matter Expert to join our Defense Enclave Services team, who will support an extensive digital modernization program critical to DISA and Fourth Estate Agencies.

Primary Responsibilities
As a leader within the organization, you will be expected to collaborate and coordinate with a geographically distributed team while working independently to design, test, and implement the orchestration & automation activities as part of digital transformation.
Performing due diligence and knowledge transfer of incumbent/customer personnel
Evaluates processes, tools, and technology capabilities to identify opportunities for orchestration and automation
Team member of Security Orchestration Automation and Response (SOAR) SMEs and attends various Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs)
Documents potential Continual Innovation and Improvement (CI2) opportunities for orchestration/automation to include identifying mission benefits, cost savings, productivity gains, staff reductions, etc.
Provides input and maintains interface control documents
Works closely with Chief Data Officer (CDO) team to support automated CI/CD ETL factory
Develops automation and orchestration test plans and procedures
Maintains Interface Control Documents (ICDs) as needed
Coordinate with Operations Leads and subcontractor teams to effectively build and deploy new system baselines and revisions that support orchestration & automation
Basic Qualifications:
BS degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience, additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Requires expert knowledge of and ability to apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts
3+ years’ experience with one or more industry leading automation and SOAR tools/platforms
Possess strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and verbal/written communication skills
Highly organized
Experience with lifecycle development of large system integration programs
Must have the ability to identify innovative solutions to complex, multi-faceted technical problems
Up to 25% travel may be required to support activities at each primary duty location
Strong project management skills
Security +, ITIL Certifications
US Citizenship is required.
Active TS/SCI
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Agile or Waterfall development methodologies
Leadership roles on previous system, hardware, or software integration programs

Pay Range:
Pay Range $94,250.00 - $145,000.00 - $195,750.00Covid Guidance
