JOB DESCRIPTION
Provides support, either within the company or in support of customer contracts, on assignments using established procedures. It should be understood that this is not intended to be a detailed nor comprehensive description of any individual employee's job content. SCOPE
Under general supervision, performs a wide variety of duties in support of technical or administrative assignments using established procedures. May also participate in activities in support of multiple projects.

Resolves complex problems and issues faced, which may require complete understanding of broader set of issues. Problems span a range of issues or areas. Problems are solved using prior experiences as well as organizational knowledge.

Responsible for leading operations within an area that has direct impact on results for the job family.
LIAISON
Interacts daily with supervisor and peer groups. May have interaction with customers. Interaction normally involves exchanges or presentation of factual information.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND ABILITY
Has complete understanding of all aspects of the job and their practical applications to problems and situations ordinarily encountered. Requires expert knowledge in specialized functions.
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Typically requires high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of prior relevant experience.
