The Whole Health Division is seeking a senior Program Finance professional to support direct work and lead the Financial Planning and Analysis activities for the Division.
Primary Responsibilities
List daily duties and/or specific job responsibilities.
Drive the monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting processes for the division.
Assist in establishing short- and long-range operations financial goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast
Measure performance against key AOP metrics such as Revenue, Expense, OI, Cash, DWC and DSO.
Perform data reconciliation and consolidation, as well as variance analysis..
Support key weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables that track and communicate the performance of the business’s key metrics
Responsible for supporting the consolidated planning of all Cash, FCF, and Balance Sheet accounts.
Ad-hoc business performance reporting
Perform business case and ROI analysis.
- Support the Management of all financial aspects assigned projects
- Perform oversight from a financial perspective of proposal pricing including risk assessment and cash flow analysis
- Supporting monthly financial reviews (Awards, Net Bookings, Revenue, Fee, Cash)
- Supporting Estimate at complete process and presenting results
- Manages complex PFA tasks
- Completes monthly progress reports
- Works independently on moderate to large internal projects
- Backlog analysis
- Basis-Of-Estimate support for proposal effort
- Service center monitoring and forecasting
- Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with 12+ years’ experience.
- Proficient in Excel, Adobe, MS Office
- Working knowledge of the Project Control field with the ability to complete difficult assignments.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Strong organizational skills needed to handle multiple task/projects and to work independently.
- Ability to analyze problems for root cause and implement corrective action.
- Ability to handle high volume of data in a fast-paced, cyclical and demanding work environment.
- Must possess proven capability and experience working both tandem and serial tasks, with a self-motivated and can do attitude.

Pay Range $90,350.00 - $139,000.00 - $187,650.00#Remote
