Leidos is currently seeking a Senior Level JASSM Targeting Analyst for a current vacancy at Langley AFB Langley Virginia
This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience and expertise to help the Air Combat Command Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Major Command. In this targeting mission the analyst will successfully complete and maintain any Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) Terminal Area Model (TAM) training, per squadron TAM training curriculums or outside advanced JASSM training. The analyst will apply there JASSM subject matter expertise towards Implementing effective and relevant training on all subtasks identified as directed by the Government.
Primary Responsibilities
Complete and maintain any Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) Terminal Area Model (TAM) training, per squadron TAM training curriculums or outside advanced JASSM training.
Responsible for the refinement and integration of JASSM TAM tasking, production, and dissemination workflow management procedures; targeting and data product outputs; and the definition /evaluation of operational unit information accesses and procedures to acquire relevant data.
Oversee and provide subject matter expertise in regards to JASSM training for all ANG and Active duty units within the 363 ISR Group.
Build TAM 3D models supporting the 363 ISRG targeting enterprise.
Implement effective and relevant training on all subtasks identified by the Government.
JASSM production management, tasking, tracking and reporting.
Apply subject matter expertise across the 365rd ISR Group in regards to JASSM targeting, weaponizing and modeling processes.
Assist with applicable Intelligence Community resources and liaison with operational Air Force Units ( Group, Wing and Squadron) in regards to procedures to improve, standardize and evaluate (STANEVAL) JASSM TAM operations .
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's and 15+ years of experience OR a Master's and 10+ years experience
Minimum of 6 years of JASSM and Targeting experience.
Knowledgeable with imagery exploitation and downloading tools and applications.
Be able to see stereo imagery.
Must possess a current DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Able to perform duties independently and work on high-visibility or critical aspects of the program.
Must have experience with the modernized integrated database (MIDB) and tools that interact with MIDB, specifically Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT) and National Production Workshop (NPW).
Must be familiar with imagery exploitation and downloading tools and applications.
Experience with the modernized integrated database (MIDB) and tools that interact with MIDB, specifically Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT) and National Production Workshop (NPW).
Knowledge of AF JASSM missile parameters, Precision Targeting Module (PTM) and JASSM Enterprise Management System (JEMS) operating systems and weapon system routing and visualization capabilities.
Knowledge of NTM imaging systems and tasking procedures and National Geospatial Agency imagery delivery systems (NGDS, CIL, NIL, iStore, etc.) is also required.
Familiarization with the JASSM production workflow systems, databases, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to include, but not limited to, JASSM Enterprise Management System (JEMS), On Target, Joint Targeting Toolkit (JTT), National Production Workshop (NPW), and Google Earth.
Knowledge of Air Force and Joint targeting doctrine.
Must have a broad understanding of AF intelligence functions and the targeting
Knowledge of IC enterprise
Excellent presentation skills, organization skills, analytic skills, problem solving ability, and attention to detail.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $94,250.00 - $145,000.00 - $195,750.00About Leidos
