Leidos is seeking qualified candidates to join our Defense Enclave Services team, who will support an extensive digital modernization program critical to DISA and Fourth Estate Agencies.

Your role is critical to the overall User Experience (UX) as Collaboration and Unified Communications capabilities impacts each user across the global enterprise.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluates existing designs, supports testing, and tracks/trends Voice and Collaboration performance to improve UX

  • Work with other government and contractor personnel to troubleshoot and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of issues

  • Performs network and collaboration application assessments and participates in the installation and configuration of new networks and upgrading of existing networks to support Voice & Collaboration performance.

  • Leads documentation efforts to develop network topology and as-built documentation, low-level and high-level design documentation and deployment plan documentation.

  • Research and engineer technology based upon capacity or functionality requirements.

  • Implement tactical plans to meet the timelines and to ensure minimal disruption to the Customer environment.

  • Assist with development of documentation for standards requirements within the department.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in the field of information technology or similar.

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.

  • Hands on implementation skills required.

  • Security+ or CCNA Security (must be able to obtain within 90 days).

  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening and presentation skills.

  • Strong technical writing experience.

  • Ability to work effectively, add value as a team member and assume a leadership role for the team.

  • Demonstrated technical knowledge and consultative skills.

  • Strong collaboration networking experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid working knowledge of Server technologies, Active Directory, Group Policy, and network technologies.

  • Experience in LAN/WAN/Security/Virtualization a plus.

  • CCNP Collaboration (or Voice) is preferred.
