Job Description:
Leidos is seeking a Sr. Leadership System Engineer. You will be responsible for architecting advanced business enabling solutions for the customer utilizing services from IC ITE; playing a key role in building policy and governance to integrate cloud solutions and strategies into the Risk Management Framework and overall business practices; possessing the technical understanding to provide guidance about AWS, IC ITE GovCloud, IC ITE Commercial Cloud Services (C2S), and other federal government community or emerging cloud frameworks to enable a secure and interoperable IC Information. Position is located in Bethesda, MD. Candidates must currently possess a TS/SCI Polygraph security clearance.
Primary Responsibilities
• Assist with overseeing and planning, evaluation, analysis, and detailed review of Intelligence Community (IC) policies, programs, and standards to ensure national security information is appropriately protected based on current wireless technologies, capabilities, and conditions.
• Assist in planning, preparation, and presentation of high-level briefings, bulletins, and other communication vehicles for senior IC and ODNI managers as well as other major stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive awareness of the development and implementation of IC wireless policies, programs, and standards.
• Assist with planning and coordination of IC, DoD, and 5EE committees.
Must have: BS degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience
