Leidos is looking for a candidate to serve as a Contracts Administrator on the Enterprise IDIQ Contracts Team. The successful candidate will use his or her in expertise in administering US Federal large-scale Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedules, Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC) and Multiple Award Contracts (MAC). The candidate will be responsible for administering low to moderate complexity IDIQs managed by Leidos’ Enterprise IDIQ Contracts Team ensuring compliance with contract and regulatory requirements, and leading contract audit/ review activities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support contract activities for the development of low to moderate complexity IDIQ proposals managed by Leidos’ Enterprise IDIQ Contracts Team.
- Lead pre and post award negotiations, option exercise, modifications, and close-out activities of low to moderate complexity IDIQ’s managed by Leidos’ Enterprise IDIQ Contracts Team
- Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, regulatory requirements (including FAR, DFARS, GSA and other agency supplemental), and customer reporting requirements and contract deliverables managed by Leidos’ Enterprise IDIQ Contracts Team
- Perform contract audit/ review activities for IDIQ’s managed by Leidos’ Enterprise IDIQ Contracts Team
- Support periodic contract portfolio reviews to ensure compliance with contract set-up and adherence to the master agreement terms and conditions
- Administer IDIQ system access and support the assigned Contracts Manager and Program Manager as needed
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree – business, operations or equivalent
- 2-4+ relevant years of experience administering GSA Multiple Award Schedule, GWACS, and MACS contracting environment
- Work experience using FAR, DFARS and other non-standard terms and conditions
- Ability to adapt to changing work assignments and shifting priorities
- Must have strong time management skills, multi-task ability and able to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and assignments under supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using GSA eBuy, ITSS (CPRM), and other GSA/GWAC/MAC applications
- Proficiency in Excel

Pay Range:
Pay Range $60,450.00 - $93,000.00 - $125,550.00Covid Guidance
