Job Description:
The Intelligence and Homeland Security Group of Leidos is seeking a System Analyst to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda MD or Tysons VA. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position.
The candidate will support Government staff in the following:
Primary Responsibilities
Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support the Company’s or clients application systems.
Develops computer systems specifications that address business requirements and that fit with the organization’s system architecture standards.
Establishes and documents system parameters and formats, ensures hardware and software systems compatibility and coordinates and/or modifies system parameters in terms of existing and projected computer capacity and capabilities.
Revises existing systems and procedures to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage.
Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.
Defines the goals of the system and devises flow charts and diagrams describing logical operational steps of programs.
Analyzes and documents problem, recommends solution, initiates corrective actions. Coordinates application enhancements to existing computer systems, including analysis, design specifications and liaison between vendors and clients
Basic Qualifications
BS and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
TS-SCI w/ Polygraph Required
Experience with

Pay Range:
Pay Range $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 - $135,000.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
