Leidos has an opening for a Quality Assurance Analyst within The Housing and Urban Development End User Support program (HUD EUS). The HUD EUS program supports the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development Agency in providing Enterprise Infrastructure and End-User Services meeting and exceeding Service Delivery in accordance with contractual requirements. Customer headquarters based in Washington, DC, the Quality professional may telework and will function independently through the Mission Assurance organization to define, implement, and maintain an independent Quality Assurance function and a Quality Management System (QMS) that must meet ISO 9001:2015 and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) models and its performance standards. This position will also support investigations, propose, and assist in implementing improvements in process efficiencies and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) compliance, as well as infrastructure modernization through technology and cloud services.
Occasional travel to Customer Headquarters in Washington, DC may be required.
Primary Responsibilities
Establish and Maintain a Quality Program in accordance with Leidos and Program Quality Requirements.
Interface to Internal & External Customers (PMs, Functional Leads, Leidos internal stakeholders).
Program Surveillance Service/Product Delivery (QA/QC) / (i.e., in-process reviews, work product reviews, test compliance, participate in ERB/CCB, and ROMB), perform process audits, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) review/approvals, etc.).
Perform and Support Industry Quality Standard Assessments (i.e., Preparation & Compliance to ISO, CMMI, and ITIL Best Practices).
Early Identification Risks/Issues Lifecycle and Methodologies.
Operational Excellence/Continuous Service Improvement (Structured Improvement Activities – SIAs).
Metrics Management (Collect, Track, Analyze, Report Performance Data & Customer Satisfaction feedback/recommend improvements).
Issue Management (i.e., perform root cause analysis, report Customer Quality Escapes, Lessons Learned).
Support Proposals (Write to Quality & Performance Requirements).
Basic Qualifications
Experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control of Quality Management Systems.
Experience managing Service Level/Metrics Management.
Demonstrated knowledge of Lean/Continuous Service Improvement – Green Belt Trained
Must be self-motivated and possess strong organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent decision-making skills.
Demonstrate solid business writing skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and facilitate testing activities.
Demonstrate International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline and 8 years of experience; certifications and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous IT Service Operations experience.
Green Belt Preferred.
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) trained.
Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) trained.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $81,900.00 - $126,000.00 - $170,100.00#Remote
