The Life Sciences Division of the Leidos Health Group is seeking a team member who will serve as the Leidos Cohort Development Lead in support of the All of Us Research Program in North Bethesda, MD. This is NOT a laboratory research position.
A position is available for a Cohort Development Lead with experience managing enrollment and retention processes for clinical studies. The All of Us Research Program (All of Us) is building a cohort of 1 million people that reflect the diversity of the U.S., cover the lifespan, and have shared common data elements. The program collects a wide variety of health data from sources including biospecimens, physical measurements, genomic profiles, mobile health devices, and medical histories to describe that cohort In support of the program, we are seeking a dedicated individual who can serve as the Leidos Team’s primary liaison for the program’s engagement and retention efforts.
If you join our team, you would be responsible for overseeing or supporting All of Us enrollment projects including some that are collaborations between internal divisions, NIH institutes and centers, or with program awardees. In addition, you would be responsible for supporting and managing a number of collaborative efforts and internal processes focused on All of Us enrollment and retention processes and data collection efforts improving data sourcing, interpretation, and utilization, with the ultimate goal of developing of future protocol versions that will enable the new world of precision medicine for our participants and the nation as a whole.
PLEASE NOTE: The salary range for this position is $100,000 – $110,000; higher salary range will depend on having significant appropriate experience.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: We are asking that you have an advanced degree (master’s or doctorate) a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years of program or project management experience. You should also bring to our team demonstrated knowledge of data project management or process facilitation, ideally related to or in support of the design and execution of complex cohort studies. Your communication skills – especially those related to the translation of academic and scientific concepts to varied constituencies – will be important to us. In addition, any experience you might bring focusing on collaboration of researchers and stakeholders would be very valuable.
This position requires a US citizenship or permanent residency.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $74,750.00 - $115,000.00 - $155,250.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
