Job Description:
Leidos, a Fortune 500 company, seeks a qualified and dynamic Energy Efficiency Project Manager who will provide support as a part of our successful Energy Efficiency program team in MA, CT, RI, and NY. This position offers a unique career opportunity with the successful energy efficiency programs that promotes energy efficiency projects for National Grid’s programs.
Primary Responsibilities
Project Management duties include but are not limited to the following:
Assisting participating customers with project management activities associated with the installation of energy efficiency measures.
Assisting in obtaining and coordinating all necessary supporting documentation for EE projects.
Providing creative strategy recommendations and programmatic solutions, considering key stakeholders’ interest and program requirements.
Recommending programmatic improvements that may result in improved collaboration with key stakeholders.
Reviewing of programmatic goals and contracted services in order to provide suggestions for enhancements and/or to improve efficiency of delivered services
Assisting with the marketing and outreach activities to promote energy efficiency through the utility sales teams and trade ally network.
Implementing strategies that will increase the penetration of high efficiency technologies in the market via the trade ally network.
Being responsible for internal and external client satisfaction metrics.
Effectively communicating with management regarding program progress, market direction, and trade ally participation.
Collaborating with entire program team.
Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12+ years experience working in various roles such as customer service and energy efficiency for a utility (B.S in Management or a Master's in Business is preferred).
Experience managing national accounts for a utility.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience servicing energy efficiency services with National Accounts for a utility.
Pay Range
$90,350 - $139,000 - $187,650
