The Service Asset and Configuration Managament (SACM) Lead develops and implements the program SACM plan, processes, and procedures, including an annual inventory plan. Candidates will use a combination of Leidos corporate best practices, customer toolsets and capabilities, and industry standards to collect, analyze, and present SACM data. They will analyze the effectiveness of existing processes and procedures, and make recommendations for quantifiable business process improvements. He/She will coordinate and execute configuration management functions in accordance with ITIL principles and the program approved SACM Plan, and will develop guidelines to maintain consistency and accuracy of the configuration item relationships within the CMDB. Develops and submits any required SACM Reports, both for program and customer use.
• Bachelor's + 8 years related experience
• Current ITIL v3 Foundation certification, or ITIL 4 Foundation certification
• Current ITIL v3 Release, Control, and Validation (RCV) Intermediate certification, or ITIL 4 Create, Deliver, and Support (CDS) Specialist certification
• Experience with Asset Management
• Previous configuration management/CMDB experience
• Previous software asset management experience
• Previous experience with ServiceNow (or other enterprise class ITSM toolset)
• Previous EPA experience
