Job Description:

The Leidos DoD CIO Mission Support Services (CMSS) Task Order has an opening for a Program Management  Analyst. This position will support the DoD Deputy CIO (DCIO) Information Enterprise (IE) Digital Modernization Infrastructure (DMI) efforts. The individual in this position will provide management and IT supporting to the DoD CIO Enterprise Governance, Enterprise Operations, and Technical Synchronization activities. The latter will be performed using existing processes within the Joint Information Environment (JIE) Planning and Coordination Cell (PCC) and Digital Modernization Infrastructure (DMI) Executive Committee (EXCOM).

The PMA provides Program Management support  and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational activities. Supports high-level functional systems analysis, integration, documentation, and implementation advice on DoD initiatives . Prepares Program Management reports, studies, and related documentation. Develop  and delivers presentations to senior government leaders and executives.

Performs research of technical innovation opportunities, providing  definitions, requirements, and implementation recommendations.

The primary work location for this position is the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA; however, the team is currently teleworking due to COVID-19 Pandemic but will be required to work back in office in some sort of capacity.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the DMI EXCOM, JIE PCC, and other-directed working groups.
  • Identify ways to improve and streamline the DMI EXCOM Program Management IT governance processes and procedures through continuous assessment aligning with the Digital Modernization Strategy (DMS).

Basic Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field with at least 15 years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • U.S. Citizenship with Secret clearance.
  • Ability to develop and deliver clear, concise written artifacts.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid command of Information Technology’s latest developments in the DoD field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with senior Government leaders and present briefings.
  • Solid organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Good command of Project Management methodologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and Integrated Master Schedule management and reporting.
