Job Description:
A Data Manager is responsible for the creation, review and maintenance of target material database schemas. They make changes to metadata to accurately reflect the targets function, description,, critical elements, location, and naming convention per customer requests in accordance with NGA Structured Observation Management (SOM).
THIS IS A 3rd SHIFT POSITION.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will maintain accounts for existing customers and create user accounts for new customers. They will troubleshoot problems with the GOWK interface to support customer issues and review, correct, update, maintain and publishes MXD files to the GOWK service.
Basic Qualifications:
- Requires BS degree and 8 to 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 10 years of prior relevant experience.
- Demonstrated technical skills with data mining and working knowledge of Geospatial Information Systems (GIS).
- ARCcatalog and ARCMap
- Excellent communication skills that will be utilized to inform members of the Intelligence Community.
- Active TS/SCI
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle database SQL experience
- End user GOWK experience
- NGA Mission / IA experience
Pay Range:
Pay Range $94,250.00 - $145,000.00 - $195,750.00Covid Guidance
