Job Description:

The QRC Airborne ISR Division (QRCAISR) of Leidos has a need for a Personnel Deployment Specialist at their location in Bridgewater, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to use your administration and Human Resources experience helping several programs including the STAMP, HR3DGI and Artemis programs. In this mission, the Deployment Specialist will be provide critical personnel support by ensuring the program has fully trained staff ready to man one of several mission sites.

Primary Responsibilities

The Personnel Deployment Specialist (PDS) will be responsible for records management and personnel data tracking using various internal and external software. The specialist will interface with deploying employees inside and outside Leidos to complete deployment preparation tasks, including pre-deployment medical, computer-based training, and completion of CONUS Replacement Center (CRC). The PDS will track and report personnel whereabouts, deployment validation, and training expiration schedules to various stakeholders. Expirations that threaten planned deployments will be mitigated through internal reporting to the Leidos Personnel team. The Specialist will maintain the Isolated Personnel Report records for each employee, working alongside Personnel Recovery Missions Software (PRMS) managers. Additional responsibilities will include coordination of travel passports and visas, pre-deployment medical readiness appointments, and compiling deployment validation packages for submission to the US Government. The Deployment Specialist will interface internally with the Leidos Personnel Logistics Team, and with individual Leidos and third party deployer personnel.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, and 2 years of administrative or human resources experience is required.
  • Must be proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and Access.
  • Database experience, including Microsoft PowerBI.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in an environment of frequent and rapid change.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong people skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous records and database management experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Access, PowerBI, Excel and Adobe Acrobat skills.
  • Proficiency with the Leidos and other personnel databases.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $33,150.00 - $51,000.00 - $68,850.00
