NISC IV is hiring for a Program Management Analyst in our Oklahoma City, OK location supporting the Federal Aviation Administration. Provides support to the Aeronautical Information Services (AIS) office. The Analyst will plan, track, support and report on multiple AeroNav projects with limited supervision; utilize various instrument flight procedures software to record required information for the publication of instrument flight procedures based on charting dates. Review, validate, compile packages, and upload electronic procedure packages for submission to charting and aeronautical data. Review, validate, compile packages and upload electronic procedure packages for submission to Flight Standards utilizing the SWIMS software tool. Compile and upload electronic P-NOTAM files for publication in the federal register. Create and update entries in the AIS Production Workflow System (APWS) and Production Integration Teams System to track instrument flight procedures throughout the process. Download word and pdf files to share drive and update instrument flight procedure files on both intranet and internet pages. Create and maintain SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for processing various packages, attend meetings & teleconferences. Provide research, evaluation, and analysis on multiple aeronautical projects and provide recommendations. Provide planning, scheduling, networking and coordination assistance for the IFP group, charting, AFS, and the flying public. Compile and upload files to IFP Information Gateway NDBR. Organizes correspondence in priority order; exercises discretion in ordering documents for immediate action and forwards pertinent correspondence directly to employees for their attention and follow up. Prepare AeroNav documents such as Charts, electronic files, brochures, books, periodicals, catalogs, and pamphlets for copying or photocopying. Assist in digitalizing Airspace documents. Assist with the formatting of memorandums for Magnetic Variation Change (MAGVAR). Help coordinate digitalizing of instrument flight procedure documents, and place, access, and retrieve files and folders on various FTP sites. Maintain a variety of word documents, .pdf documents, and MS Excel spreadsheets. Provide QC (quality control) review electronically uploaded procedure package information for accuracy and error. (daily operation, but varies throughout the week).
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting the Federal Aviation Administration or other government agency preferred.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $42,250.00 - $65,000.00 - $87,750.00Covid Guidance
