Business Process Architect
Location: Corsham and Remote Available

Due to a recent business win, we have a requirement for a Business Process Architect based in the UK working remotely or hybrid at a customer site in Corsham.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a result of some exciting programme wins, we currently have a permanent vacancy for a Business Process Architect to lead the IT service strategy support for the program, including strategic planning, service portfolio management, service design, compliance management, and continuous service improvement (CSI) providing support to a critical operational end user.
They provide architecture, process design and ITIL strategy and alignment to program and customer requirements. Candidates will provide leadership and guidance for the customer to achieve overarching ITSM strategic guidance and planning and leads designs and plans for obtaining and providing innovative and optimal service and performance delivery across the enterprise.
Develops a strategy to realize strategic vision within a customized ITIL aligned enterprise framework. Works directly with the PM, key personnel, and practice and technical leaders for all process areas to coordinate, plan, and structure ITIL support at an architectural and contextual level, aligning overall ITIL plans with customer objectives.
We are looking for someone with a passion for infrastructure, ideally from a Cloud background. You will be self-motivated and be able to work autonomously to achieve day to day objectives with significant results on project or operational deliverables. Whilst also owning a variety of activities ensuring compliance with project milestones and customer KPI’s and SLA’s. You must be an effective communicator, comfortable directly engaging with customers and colleagues. You must also demonstrate an analytical and systematic approach to technical challenges.
The successful individual will be responsible for:
Provide data architecture skills and produce solution designs as part of the bid process
Work with delivery teams to design and implement modern, scalable data products using a range of new and emerging technologies
Lead on all infrastructure solution aspects including setting data standards and providing your deep technical expertise to Leidos programme teams
Outline architecture
Structure and processes for strategic planning of services providing service portfolio,
Demand compliance management, and continual service improvement.
Provide leadership and guidance for ServiceNow to ITIL alignment and
Provide expertise to the ServiceNow development team toward customization and automation for ITSM
Identify training paths for staff
WHO DO WE NEED?
We are looking for someone with excellent organisation, communication and leadership skills who has:
Have knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure;
Have an understanding of DevOps source control (Git etc);
Have an understanding of DevOps tooling including;
Have excellent knowledge of Windows Server Environments, including OS build,
Have good general knowledge of Microsoft Stack technologies
Have excellent analysis and problem solving skills, taking ownership of complex incidents ensuring these are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer;
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
