Our groundbreaking solutions leveraging a wide range of technologies, transitioning advanced technologies from the laboratory to operational systems for our customers. 

The LInC Electronic Warfare divsion has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Systems Integrator to perform hardware/software integration in Arlington, VA.  

Our division primarily focuses on research & development and advanced prototyping, transforming state of the art signal processing algorithms into real-time software systems. We develop EW technology to dominate the electromagnetic spectrum while denying the enemy access to it. Our research focuses on advancement of electronic attack, electronic protection, electronic support, command and control, and resource management. 

The Systems Integrator will be responsible for:

  • Combine subsystems into an integrated coherent solution

  • Analyze existing systems and infrastructure to determine upgrade needs and integration possibilities

  • Setup, configure, and operate test equipment such as spectrum analyzers

  • Setup, configure, and test computing and networking hardware

  • Support purchasing of appropriate hardware, software, and storage products by performing trade studies based on analyzing systems requirements.

  • Planning and executing field events at customer labs and test ranges

  • Create and execute system and sub-system test and integration plans

  • Create and document system and network configurations

  • Perform basic system administration tasks for Linux and Windows

  • Report to leadership and key stakeholders regarding status and progress

  • The successful candidate will have IT, software development, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Experience with DoD security standards, including updating applications and code to meet security scans and meeting security implementation guidelines (e.g. STIGs).

  • At least 12 years of relevant experience

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field, or commensurate experience

  • An ability to support occasional business travel, up to 20% of the time

  • An active TS/SCI clearance

Desired skills:

  • Familiarity with radio frequency sensors and collection systems

  • Experience with systems security plans and testing

  • Experience with Linux shell scripting
