Job Description:
Leidos, a Fortune 500 company, seeks a qualified and dynamic Energy Efficiency Project and Program Manager to join our successful Energy Efficiency program team and will support our client throughout the Northeast: MA, CT, RI, and NY.
This position offers a unique career opportunity with the successful energy efficiency programs that promotes energy efficiency projects for National Grid’s programs.
Energy Efficiency Project and Program Manager Responsibilities:
Manage projects during all phases of process, utilizing the customer relationship management (CRM) tool for updates.
Manage project documentation, create supporting documentation and utilize utility work management system.
Prepare project reports for utility sales team and technical representatives for regularly scheduled meetings.
Interact with customers and contractor network, assisting with outreach efforts.
Collaborate with program managers, energy advisors, and management to ensure projects are current.
Qualify opportunities using guidelines set by management.
Provide recommendations to management process improvements for meeting program goals.
Manage the utility relationship and serve as an advocate for our client
Provide oversight of all assigned project activity.
Provide clear and direct communication to Lead Program Manager on a regular basis.
Provide clear and direct communication to customers as required.
Qualifications:
Requires BS degree and 6+ years of prior experience working in a utility energy program environment or Masters with 4+ years of the same prior relevant experience.
The position is ideal for a person with excellent general project management and organizational skills with the ability or interest to learn new skills needed to integrate with the team and the utility contracts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, Adobe, Windows operating system, National Grid InDemand prior administrative experience, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be highly motivated, detail oriented, well organized, self-starting, and work well in a supportive team environment.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $74,750.00 - $115,000.00 - $155,250.00#Remote
