Leidos has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Change Manager located in Djibouti, Africa. 

PROGRAM SUMMARY:
This program provides critical Communications and Information Technology Services to support U.S. Africa Command, U.S. European Command, Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, Southern European Task Force, and associated staff elements and organizations.  It provides our war fighters support in their mission to keep threats and vulnerabilities as low as possible by ensuring their computer network is stable, undisrupted, secure and will require some OCONUS travel.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
•Must have a Secret security clearance. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Implement change management processes and procedures, assessing change management needs, and implementing plans to guide the command to a mature change process.
•Ensure solutions and infrastructure changes are introduced in a controlled, yet efficient, manner.
•Ensure software policies and procedures remain current and up-to-date.
•Chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB), support weekly Configuration Control Board (CCB) processes and activities.
•Support enterprise change management activities to include record, classify, prioritize, and assign change requests IAW Combatant Command (CCMD) Procedures and governance boards.
•Resolve change requests IAW Command guidelines, directives, and governance board.
•Record, classify, prioritize, and assign change requests IAW command procedures and governance board.
•Report on summary status of change requests to include number of open and closed requests and length of open and open-to-close times.
•Conduct research on process improvement and provide recommendations.
•Develop, implement, and maintain internal change management policies, procedures and associated training plans.
•Work in a dynamic fast paced environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts.
•Interface with both client managers and system users.
•Provide remote support and/or travel to customer sites as required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
•BA/BS + 3 years, or AA/AS +9 years, or a major cert + 9 years, or 11 years of recent specialized experience.
•ITIL Foundation certification.
•DOD 8570 IAT II compliance.
 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards.
•Experience with DoD IT security requirements.
•Experience with Configuration Control Board (CCB) processes and activities.
