Job Description:
Leidos has an opening for a Curriculum Developer to support a challenging and dynamic program within the Northern Virginia area. The position requires an active TS/SCI with a Polygraph security clearance. The candidate will be responsible for standardizing training practices and products across the customer site. The candidate will provide guidance and direction for the development and designing computer-based training, modules, curriculums, courses (course prototypes), preparing course materials, and training guidelines. In addition, the candidate will design curriculum and learning objectives for customer review and approval.
Requirements:
- BA degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience. Experience can be substituted for education.
- Experience with developing and delivering multimedia computer based training within the IC.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge in curriculum design, adult learning principles, and assessment strategies.
- Experience managing training programs and curriculums (desired).
- Highly proficient in using standard desktop tools.
- TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance is required.
- Ability to independently and with input from SMEs to design, draft, plan, and produce course material.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $72,150.00 - $111,000.00 - $149,850.00Covid Guidance
