ISR Collection Manager

JOB SUMMARY: The ISR Collection Manager is a Subject Matter Expert working in northern California in a small, close-knit crew environment providing exciting, yet unconventional technical expertise in support of Air Force mission requirements. The Collection Manager leverages their background knowledge and specialized tools to assist the Air Force in developing a mission tasks list that supports the given intelligence requirements within each mission set. Additionally, the collection manager will work alongside of various payload operators to ensure that all capabilities are being maximized and meeting the collection requirements. The Collection Manager must have the ability to multi-task, strong communication skills, and a firm grasp of Crew Resource Management skills are integral components of successful performance.
TOP SECRET / SCI clearance is required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
This highly-desired position offers a qualified candidate the unique opportunity to make good use of years of military collection and sensor operator experience. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience. Must demonstrate the ability to function within a small team of both military and civilian analysts in support of the customer's analytical requirements. Must be able to coordinate ISR collection requirements and ensure all intelligence data is properly disseminated within the supported command/organization. Must have experience working directly with various payloads in an ISR capacity
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Demonstrate experience in designing, maintaining, and updating collection plans based on the supported Commander's Priority Intelligence Requirements.
- Experience interfacing with higher, lateral, and subordinate commands’/organizations' Collection and Requirements Managers including entities to answer intelligence-related Requests for Information (RFIs) and de-conflict or collaborate on AOR requirements and reporting.
- Demonstrate ability to conduct presentations and briefings when required.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 - $135,000.00Covid Guidance
