The Leidos SES Operation seeks a Strategic Planning Director with a demonstrated history of executing programs, delivering products and developing partnerships into a highly-regulated commercial businesses. This Director will have the proven ability to operate a business with multiple service offerings, a track record of building and sustaining a culture of operational excellence, and a proven ability to execute to an annual operating budget.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensuring the SES divisions delivers on current and future marketing product roadmap deliveries; executing appropriate business rhythms and processes necessary to achieve short and long-term objectives
- Developing a marketing plan to drive product strategies that address market trends, customer needs and competitive positioning and execute on these plans
- This Director, in conjunction with a matrixed team are responsible for:
- Developing strategy to rapidly grow the business
- Marketing to create internally and externally focused product collateral and define the product message
- Part of team of leading voice-of-customer activities and drive solutions within the product offerings
- Work with Product Director in defining product/service value propositions for offerings. Define go-to-market plans and strategies.
- Working with cross-functional team to drive product solutions
- Driving a culture of precision-delivery and high accountability for meeting plans.
- Challenging the organization to drive technical and process innovations and robust solution development into the current portfolio of contracts and customers

- Act as a strategic and analytical thinker that can blend business, product, and technology strategies to develop a compelling vision and strategy for partner success and corporate development
- Conduct regular analysis of partner landscape and potential opportunities
- Responsible for defining, evaluating, and driving unique relationships with our most strategic partners
- Lead and manage the end-to-end mergers and acquisition process leading up to deal execution, which includes identifying the highest priority areas to pursue, sourcing opportunities, fleshing out strategic rationale, overseeing due diligence, etc.
- Help model, present, and defend financial implications of various deal structures
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years’ experience leading a diverse growth oriented businesses
- Experience providing marketing solutions and services to the U.S. federal market as well as the commercial market
- Experience in leading Program execution functions that ensure excellent delivery of products and services to customers
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of an organization
- Proven ability to support and extend a culture where employees are motivated to succeed through collaboration, commitment, and clear and open communications
- Demonstrated ability to support and promote inclusion across an organization
- Must possess exceptional and interpersonal communication skills, have the ability to both inspire and motivate the employee population

Education Requirements: Bachelors and 12+ years of experience
Pay Range:
Pay Range $139,750.00 - $215,000.00 - $290,250.00#Remote
