Job Description:

Leidos is searching for a Network Administrator at Davis Monthan, AZ. Candidates must already possess a TS/SCI security clearance in order to be considered. The selected candidate will be responsible for all Site-wide JWICS C4I network infrastructure including but not limited to dozens of cryptologic hardware equipment, all network fiber communications support (including building fiber and terminating fiber), maintaining port requirements, Tier-1 and Tier-0 devices, routers, switches, network maps, logical network paths, rekeying of devices, and operating system upgrades.  Candidate must have access to and experience with fiber communications support equipment (i.e., tools required to build and/or terminate fiber).  These items must be provided by Contractor. They will work with ESD, ESC, ACC, and others on a daily basis to maintain site integrity and deploy new capabilities.

They will also oversee and use Solarwinds network monitoring tools. Position is a full time daily operation and may require after hours and weekend duty via on-call support and required maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI security clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree (ideally in IT or IA related fields); additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

  • 4+ years of relevant experience.

  • Current Security+ certification is mandatory and Network+ preferred

  • Must be eligible for COMSEC Access program (CAP).

Experience in a full range of network infrastructure, including:

  • Methods for evaluating risk and vulnerability

  • Methods for recommending mitigation actions

  • Network operations and protocol

  • Secure VoIP maintenance

  • Secure VTC maintenance

  • Keying of crypto equipment

Knowledge of computer IA and security disciplines to include:

  • Computer-processing techniques

  • All associated system security protection procedures

Knowledge of agency and installation intelligence policies and practices, including:

  • Automation and information security principles, concepts and methodologies required to independently manage the Installation JWICS network and resolve complex network problems

Pay Range:

Pay Range $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 - $135,000.00
