Job Description:
Leidos is seeking a candidate for a Security Administrative Specialist position at Randolph AFB, TX. Candidates must
possess a current TS/SCI clearance in order to be considered.
The Security Administrative Specialist will be responsible to the Chief of Personnel Security to perform Security Specialist
technician-level services for the 17th Training Group (17 TRG) Special Security Office (SSO), and will coordinate with
subordinate organizations to protect resources from espionage, terrorism, and threats of unauthorized disclosure and/
or compromise of information or material considered vital to the organization’s mission interests, national defense or
national security in accordance with guidance provided by DoDM 5200.02, DoDM 5105.21-V1/2/3, AFMAN 14-304,
GAFBI 14-301, and other applicable National, Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force, MAJCOM, and local guidance.
The Security Specialist will be knowledgeable with the requirements for processing SCI security clearances, access
control, and other administrative duties as assigned by the Special Security Officer and Chief of Personnel Security.
Qualifications:
- TS/SCI security clearance on day 1
- At least 4 years of administrative experience supporting the Air Force.
- Fluency in speaking English, and the ability to write concise reports in English
- Excellent technical writing skills and operational familiarity with office automation equipment and software applications (to
include MS-Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, et al).
Desired Skills:
- Experience working in an SSO capacity
Pay Range:
Pay Range $50,700.00 - $78,000.00 - $105,300.00Covid Guidance
