Leidos is seeking qualified Training Specialist to join our Defense Enclave Services (DES) team, who will support an extensive digital modernization program critical to DISA and Fourth Estate Agencies. at the Customer site in Ft. Meade, MD. This position will be responsible for the overall knowledge management and training process. There will be excellent exposure to the customer, engineering, and operational processes as you communicate across interfacing organizations. Your ideas, suggestions and concerns will be welcomed, especially to streamline processes and strengthen performance and practices.

Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare and provide training materials as required, such as instructor and student guides, syllabuses, and exams.
Provide scheduling and communications for training content created and made available for DES users. Training may include, but is not limited to, process training, IT Service Management (ITSM) tool training, cloud services training, and cybersecurity training; and may be provided in various formats such as self-paced e-learning or instructor-led events (in-person or remote).
Provide, create, and maintain SOPs, TTPs, and other documentation regarding training and usage of IT related to the DES network.
Develop knowledge base articles to support self-service (e.g., frequently asked questions), with continual updates to evolving user needs.
Manage the knowledge lifecycle to include creation, validation, and retirement of articles, process, and procedures to ensure validity, accessibility, and currency of information.
Apply the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation (ADDIE) training lifecycle model in creation of Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM)-compliant training.
Track required training and certifications
Works independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables.
Responsible for entire projects or processes within a professional area.
Basic Qualifications:
Requires BS and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters and 2 + years of prior relevant experience.
This position requires candidates to have a current secret clearance.
Requires working knowledge of and ability to apply standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques of training
Demonstrated ability to work independently to achieve day-to-day objectives
Effective communicator, able to capture action items and status clearly and concisely.
Multitask and manage competing priorities.
Work independently, engaging SMEs when needed, to drive work to closure on-time.
Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS SharePoint.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $57,850.00 - $89,000.00 - $120,150.00Covid Guidance
