Job Description:
The AMO Division of the Airborne Solutions Organization has an immediate opening in our Dayton, OH location. The contractor will support event detection/identify events and help correlate them with what is causing them. They will also take OPIR software (Pallette) and extend it to other data types. You will work closely with your customer to understand their questions and needs. The position is full-time at NASIC and requires a TS/SCI (with poly).
Primary Responsibilities
Event detection, identify events and help correlate them with what is causing them
Use your analytical skills to improve the intelligence community
Focus on building scalable data pipelines and analytic platforms to extract insights from data, leveraging open source tools
Translate mission needs into technical solutions, makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused engineering solution
Shape the geospatial intelligence mission by being a part of, or leading, a multi-functional accelerated-compute engineering team
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and eight (8) years of experience; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum of two (2) years experience with Event detection
Minimum of two (2) years Python software development skills
Preferred Qualifications
OPIR and/or GEOINT data experience, Matlab, correlation analysis experience.
