We are looking for a skilled and adaptable RevX Project Manager!! This position with our DHMSM RevX Team will work supporting our $4.3 billion DOD Healthcare Management System Modernization (DHMSM) program, providing the modernization of Electronic Health Record (EHR) capabilities for the Department of Defense.  Leidos, along with core partners Cerner, Accenture, and Henry Schein, will support the DHMSM Program Executive Office (PEO) and the Defense Health Agency in the global deployment of our proposed EHR system that will deliver improved system capability to the DoD whenever and wherever healthcare is required.  This is one of the most exciting, cutting-edge programs that you can be a part of with Team Leidos.  Our solutions will improve the quality of healthcare for some 10 million military personnel and their families. WHAT YOU WILL DO!!

  • Drives efforts to ensure RevX functionality is developed, tested, and ready for deployment into MHS Genesis
  • Lead a cross-functional team comprised of multiple subcontractors to implement a highly-complex and highly-visible business project, and manage staff, scope, budget, schedule, risks, issues, and changes involved with the project
  • Serves as a Revenue Cycle methodology expert, consulting within and outside of the Revenue Cycle department on Revenue Cycle best practices and supporting Revenue Cycle strategic planning efforts
  • Provides performance improvement methodology guidance to Revenue Cycle operational leaders
  • Oversee team's processes, defect tracking practices, communications artifact development, lessons learned, and observations
  • Identify and meet client support needs including staffing, modifications, capability timelines, etc.
  • Collaborate regularly through multiple modes of communication with executives, multiple functional teams, customers, IT professionals, vendors, and all levels of management and agency officials to identify roles, problems to be solved, actionable events, resolution goals, and expected service levels
  • Identifies information gaps and requests for information, obtains required information to meet customer and leadership expectations, and takes appropriate actions within the specified timeframes as defined in applicable policies, directives, regulations, guidelines and service level agreements to address the customers’ needs
  • Develop schedules and plans and identify issues, including competing priorities of multiple tasks.
  • Must be able to use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes
  • Must be able to use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess and elevate the effectiveness of the team's operations

FACTORS FOR SUCCESS and HOW TO STAND APART FROM THE CROWD!

  • BA degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience
  • 4+ years leading teams in large scale complex programs
  • Successful experience leading Lead a cross-functional, geographically dispersed maxtrix team
  • Deep knowledge of the Revenue Cycle business
  • Successful experience planning and managing large scale Enterprise Revenue Cycle implementations and upgrades
  • Experience providing performance improvement methodology guidance to Revenue Cycle operational leaders
  • Ability to use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes and make appropriate recommendation for course correction
  • Must be able to use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess and elevate the effectiveness of the team's operations
  • Develop schedules and plans and identify issues, including competing priorities of multiple tasks
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including the proven ability to work across different audiences, personalities, and experience levels
  • Ability to analyze data and information and make recommendations to program management
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft SharePoint
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust Security Clearance

Pay Range:

Pay Range $101,400.00 - $156,000.00 - $210,600.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
