Leidos is seeking a Senior Program Manager to serve as the Government’s primary POC for a complex US Army Indo-Pacific initiative that will create synergy and efficiencies by transitioning from a collection of stovepipe systems and architectures to an integrated and interoperable intelligence environment across the Indo-Pacific AOR to meet current and future mission priorities. The selected individual is required to provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the Task Order (TO), including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall TO performance.

Responsibilities Include:

  • The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance for all awarded task orders issued under this contract.

  • The Program Manager will serve as the primary point-of-contact (POC) for status and resolution of all contract management, implementation, and technical matters.

  • Ensure all project activities are performed and completed in a timely, cost-effective, and efficient manner without comprising the quality of deliverables.

  • Plan, organize and utilize resources to successfully staff and meet program objectives.

  • Manage costs, schedules, reporting, and contract compliance.

  • Verify and validate the quality, content, and prompt delivery of all task and contractual deliverables associated with the program.

  • Plan, organize, control, direct, and staff the technical, administrative, financial, contractual, and personnel actions required by the program.

  • Support proposal and business development efforts as needed.

  • Collaborate closely with the Deputy Program Manager in all aspects of program execution.

  • Identify and select qualified personnel for open positions.

  • Maintain a close relationship with senior Leidos management to obtain necessary project resources and provide key program information to senior-level corporate decision-makers.

  • Maintain a close relationship with Leidos Team Leads; mentor and support the future leaders of our company.

  • Submit weekly activity reports and monthly status reviews.

  • Report all significant technical challenges, problems, resource limitation, potential contractual or programmatic issues, as soon as they are discovered to Leidos and government senior management, as appropriate.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in a technical or managerial discipline and 15 or more years of intelligence experience; of which 10 or more years of operational and/or tradecraft-related experience and 5 or more years of experience managing large, complex programs.

  • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or or Program Management Professional (PgMP)

  • In-depth knowledge of USARPAC and the INDO-PACIFIC intelligence organizations and their points of contact.

  • A minimum of 5 five years’ experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing proposed methodologies and approaches for a program similar in scope and complexity.

  • A minimum of 5 five years’ experience working with ISR technologies, military operations, and intelligence life cycle.

  • A minimum of 5 five years’ experience managing performance-based line of efforts and/or programs with multiple OCONUS performance locations.

  • Experience with regulations and processes required when working with countries within the USARPAC AOR.

Clearance Required:

  • A current Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.


Pay Range:

Pay Range $124,800.00 - $192,000.00 - $259,200.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.

Covid Guidance
