Leidos is looking for a Security Planning and Execution Lead with extensive experience supporting Joint Commands or within the National Intelligence Community to support our work with USARPAC on the Indo-Pacific Intelligence Support Contract, located at Fort Shafter, Honolulu, Hawaii.

Responsibilities Include:
Provides high-value analysis, assessment, and mission support to US Army Pacific operations. Maintains the ability to gather and analyze information, and provide recommendations necessary for the Government to produce, disseminate, and apply intelligence products.
Includes strengthening relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific region. Activities with foreign security forces and their institutions to build relationships that help promote US interests; enable partner nations (PNs) to provide the US access to territory, infrastructure, information, and resources; and/or to build and develop capacity and capabilities. In addition, providing intelligence-focused strategic partnering, integration, and engagement support for USARPAC, USINDO-PACOM, and foreign liaison activities.
Facilitating regional security cooperation activities such as exchanges or visits, researching and providing background papers regarding intelligence cooperation activities, and providing recommendations for intelligence exchanges with foreign intelligence services (FIS).
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
Bachelor’s degree and 12 or more years of experience as a Security Professional.
12 or more years of experience with intelligence and information issues within the IC.
10 or more years of experience supporting US Army operations.
Excellent writing skills.
Demonstrated experience leading teams of analysts of various sizes and skill levels.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to network within the local customer base.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:
Master’s Degree in one of the following areas: Business Administration, English, Law, Public Policy, Intelligence, or related discipline.
Significant experience working theater security for USARPAC or other US Army theater operations.
First-hand experience working closely with national governance boards, national and defense committees, and working groups.
Experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing intelligence methodologies and approaches to enhance mission capabilities.
Clearance Required:
Active DoD Top Secret with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $90,350.00 - $139,000.00 - $187,650.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
