Leidos may have an opportunity for an ISR Systems Engineering and Integration Lead at Fort Shafter, Honolulu, Hawaii. This position is part of a large program supporting U.S, Army Pacific, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission. Candidates must currently possess a Top Secret with SCI eligibility to be considered. The position includes the development, engineering, and integration of Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) subsystems and sensors for use in the collection and PED of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) data, and critical infrastructure support. Developing detailed ISR systems designs, developing source code for ISR systems and subsystems, and providing architecture. In addition, testing, evaluation, and deployment of C5ISR systems, for example, prototyping of ISR sensors, communications, cyber, and onboard front-end processing systems. Performing research and analysis, configuration control, integration, and testing on ISR sensors, communications, cyber and data processing. Developing, engineering, and integrating, any additional subsystems and sensors to enable the Government to transform data into information that can be readily disseminated, used, transmitted, and exploited.

Conduct extensive research on IT systems, applications, and hardware solutions leading to identification of existing or new capabilities that can be engineered to build independent or combined end-to-end solutions for functional user requirements.
Analyze, recommend, and conduct mitigation and/or resolution of IT issues for USARPAC INDO-PACIFIC specialty IT areas.
CONUS or OCONUS travel may be required.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
Bachelor of Science degree and 15 or more years of prior relevant systems engineering and integration experience.
Requires expert knowledge of and ability to apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts.
Possess strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to combine subsystems into an integrated coherent solution.
Analyze existing systems and infrastructure to determine upgrade needs and integration possibilities.
Experience with lifecycle development of large system integration programs.
Must have the ability to identify innovative solutions to complex, multi-faceted technical problems.
Strong project management skills.
2 or more years of experience supervising or leading projects/teams.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:
Master’s degree in Information Technology career or 25 years related experience in the information technology industry with multiple system level certifications.
Possess demonstrated experience supporting intel systems lifecycle development process.
Possess demonstrated experience leading the engineering, implementation and maintenance of multiple systems supporting over 500 users.
Have a Security+ and ITIL Certifications.
Leadership roles on intel systems, hardware, or software integration programs.
Active DoD Top Secret with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI.
Pay Range:Pay Range $94,250.00 - $145,000.00 - $195,750.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
