Job Description:
The Mission Operations Division is seeking a Resource Manager to support programs and other strategic efforts across the organization. The work location is Reston, VA, with potential local travel to customer and Leidos sites in the Northern Virginia area.
As part of the MOD management team, the ideal candidate will support across the portfolio of programs, including creating, coordinating, and processing 4311s, assisting with timecard approvals and corrections, and leading staffing efforts during capture, proposal and execution of programs with a focus on technical expertise.
Specific responsibilities include:
Assist with program execution requirements, bid risk reviews, and ECP and ROM submissions.
Assist with redeployment efforts across MOD and MSO, working closely with personnel as they search for a new opportunity and maintaining redeployment metrics.
Interface with senior management, task and functional leaders, and corporate functional teams (Business Development, Project Finance, Human Resources, Contracts, Procurement, etc) regularly.
Contribute to capture and proposal efforts in other various roles as needed, including as a SME, proposal writer and review team member.
Other duties as required, including employee engagement, training and other miscellaneous items in support of MOD.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and at least 4-8 years of experience working on relevant projects or programs
Strong communication skills, especially in writing.
Ability to collaborate and coordinate across multi-functional teams.
Ability to excel working under tight deadlines.
Ability to execute job requirements independently and in team environments.
Ability to interface with all levels of customer and Leidos personnel/management.
Must possess current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Must be able to support critical surge and/or proposal requirements on weekends or evenings as necessary.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $74,750.00 - $115,000.00 - $155,250.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
