The Senior ISR Operations Lead provides the day-to-day technical subject matter expertise (SME) and oversight for USARPAC INDO-PACIFIC intelligence operations. The Senior Lead will act as the primary liaison during information exchanges between operations, maintenance, and logistics personnel. The Senior ISR Operations Lead shall provide oversight of efforts under the Task Order (TO) and coordinate with Government personnel and Government agencies/departments to ensure that the USARPAC INDO-PACIFIC mission objectives are met from an operational perspective under the TO. The Senior ISR Operations Lead provides staff assistance to the Government on all phases of doctrinal and regulatory guidance of ISR systems. The Senior ISR Operations Lead will assist the Government in drafting the Operational Needs Statement (ONS) and acceptance of development capabilities. The Senior ISR Operations Lead shall collaborate with other senior level intelligence analysts and SMEs in a joint and multi-forces environment.

The Senior ISR Operations Lead must provide subject matter expert (SME) technical assistance and daily operations for the integration, development, testing, operation, and modernization of ISR platforms and associated ground equipment. The Senior ISR Operations Lead provides operational and management oversight of mission readiness and procedural recommendations concerning the development, integration, fielding, and employment of new ISR processes. Will coordinate with appropriate Government personnel to ensure the release and acceptance of all information, so it complies with the appropriate security controls and protections based on classification, technological progress, and other considerations.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
Bachelor’s degree with 15 or more years of intelligence analysis experience and recent (within the last two years) experience leading/managing intelligence operations. Credentialed subject matter expert or recognized specialist in relevant field.
Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI Clearance.
A minimum of (5) five years’ experience in operations management within major commands and the military intelligence community.
A minimum of (5) five years’ experience working with ISR technologies, military
operations, and the intelligence life cycle.
A minimum of (5) five years’ experience managing operations, directing personnel, ensuring
compliance with regulations within DoD agencies under a similar in scope and complexity.
A minimum of (5) five years’ experience working in geopolitical roles within or with
countries within the USAFRICOM AOR.
A minimum of (5) five years’ experience working with ISR technologies, military
operations, and ISR innovations.
A minimum of (5) five years’ experience in the use of Signal Intelligence (SIGINT)
capabilities and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) used by ISR platforms.
Experience with PED operations, ONS, and able to work with program executive offices
for rapid acquisition and integration of capabilities and new processes.
Experience building coalitions internally and with other Federal agencies or organizations
within the intelligence community to achieve common goals.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:
20 or more years of intelligence analysis experience and recent (within the last two years) experience leading/managing intelligence operations
In-depth knowledge of USARPAC and the INDO-PACIFIC intelligence systems, organizations and their points of contact.
Active DoD Top Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
Pay Range:Pay Range $81,900.00 - $126,000.00 - $170,100.00
