Leidos is seeking a Chief Technical Engineer. The Chief Technical Engineer is responsible for architecting and managing the growth and maturity of customer’s use of the multiple technical solutions. The CTE will be responsible for ensuring governance and security compliance related to information management. The CTE will be responsible for 10 direct reports.
The CTE is expected to have the capacity to build knowledge across the customer’s current Microsoft 365, ICAM, current and future authorized cloud services and must meet the following performance requirements:
Technical Architecture - The CTE will design the configuration, customization, and architect the implementation of Microsoft 365 subscriptions, ICAM solutions, and authorized cloud services, including all application integrations. The CTE will lead all planning and design activities and be proactive in recommending and reacting to changing business, security, and governance requirements.
Governance and Compliance – The CTE will lead all Microsoft Information Governance and Compliance capabilities to govern data for compliance and/or regulatory requirements, including the management of Microsoft 365 information governance, records management, and data connectors (as applicable) to support data retention and deletion requirements. The CTE will support all Microsoft 365 privacy/data breach incidents, forensics, eDiscovery, and/or audits. The CTE will be responsible for managing eDiscovery, data holds, auditing and alert policies, and compliance risks.
Basic Qualifications:
Requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
10+ years of experience as lead technical/IT engineer
Experience in design of the configuration, customization, and architect of M365 subscriptions, ICAM solutions, and authorized cloud services
Ability to lead and plan design activities as well as the ability to recommend and react to changing business, security, and governance requirements
Experience in managing data governance for compliance and/or regulatory requirements and in data privacy/breach incidents, forensics, and audits
Experience with relevant tools (ACD/IDR, ServiceNow, VTC, bots, etc.)
Ability and demonstrated past performance to deliver innovation initiatives
Experience in Microsoft environment, CISCO environment aware
Pay Range:
Pay Range $113,100.00 - $174,000.00 - $234,900.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
